Polar-Pak® Insulated Shipping Containers with patented Thermal Shield® 3-D liners are an effective alternative or enhancement to traditional expanded polystyrene (eps) foam containers. Each Polar-Pak® consists of an outer corrugated shipping container and a matching Thermal Shield® 3-D liner. For additional thermal protection, an eps foam insert or a second Thermal Shield® 3-D liner can be added to the insulated package.

Polar-Pak® setups are fast and easy. Simply set up the outer shipping container, pop open the "square bottom" Thermal Shield® 3-D liner, and insert it into the container. Load product, add refrigerant (Huskies© gel ice, dry ice or wet ice) as necessary, overlap and secure the top flaps using the easy, self-seal strip, and close the shipping container.

Thermal Shield® 3-D insulating liners are durable, flexible, and provide excellent insulating values. Available to fit almost any size container, Thermal Shield® is leak resistant and typically eliminates the need for poly liners.

Thermal Shield® is manufactured with a durable bubble that increases strength and puncture resistance, and has superior cushioning properties.
