As an insulating liner for containers shipped by air or ground, the patented Thermal Shield® liner design and application offers an attractive alternative or enhancement to expanded polystyrene (eps) foam products. Thermal Shield® is flexible and will not crumble, crack or break. It requires a minimal amount of storage space and consumes far less disposal space than traditional foam products. Thermal Shield® can be converted into virtually any size without expensive tooling or setup costs.

Thermal Shield® is manufactured using a durable bubble that increases strength and puncture resistance, and has superior cushioning properties. Its thin, lightweight reflective surface provides resistance against three types of heat flow: conduction, convection, and radiation. Thermal Shield® is also an excellent moisture and vapor barrier.
